Three men critical in Brisbane hospital after New Year's Eve accidents

Another Sunshine Coast man, 38, was left in critical condition after he fell from a skateboard at Wurtulla about 9.30pm. Police believe the man hit his head on the road.


He was taken to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital with a significant head injury then transferred to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a critical but stable condition.

Shortly before 11pm the Audi sedan was travelling south on Captain Cook Drive when it veered off the road near Thomson Street before rolling several times.
