Australians on way to help find boys missing in Thai cave

Australian Federal Police and Defence Force crew are being deployed to Thailand to support in a hunt for 12 boys and their soccer manager blank in a flooded cavern complement for over a week.


Six AFP Specialist Response Group members who have hunt and rescue and cavern diving skills are on their approach to Chiang Rai aboard a Royal Australian Air Force C-17 ride aircraft.

Rescuers including Thai navy divers, a US troops group and British cavern experts have been hampered by continuous sleet that has flooded a cave.
