The St Edmund’s College student won the All Schools 100m national title earlier this year with the exact same time he posted on Monday.

Osei-Nketia is the son of Gus Nketia who broke the New Zealand 100m record at the 1994 Commonwealth Games in a time of 10.11 seconds.

The star sprinter wants to follow in his father’s footsteps and become an Olympian at the 2020 Tokyo Games but will need to improve his personal best of 10.3 seconds.
