NSW workers are a happiest in a country, according to a new consult that found they are some-more over in their jobs and, along with Victorians, have a improved work/life change than their widespread counterparts.


The consult of 2000 workers in a financial and IT zone showed that some-more than dual thirds of those in NSW pronounced they were happy during work.


In NSW and Victoria, 61 per cent of workers surveyed were happy about their work/life balance, compared with 58 per cent in Queensland and 52 per cent in Western Australia.


Overall, 67 per cent of NSW workers and 64 per cent of Queensland and Victorian workers pronounced they were happy during work. A significantly reduce suit of Western Australian workers, 57 per cent, pronounced they were happy. The consult was conducted by marketplace investigate association Market Probe on interest of recruitment association Robert Half.


The consult showed 67 per cent of NSW respondents found their work engaging and fulfilling, closely followed by Queensland (66 per cent), Victoria and Western Australia, both during 65 per cent.
