A censure lodged on his interest with a Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal alleges Mr Bye was intimately tormented and discriminated opposite since he is gay.


Mr Bye, who is open about being gay, pronounced he done a grave censure to a former arch executive of a company, though no disciplinary movement was taken opposite a manager who had allegedly done a comments.


One of Mr Bye’s colleagues sealed a declare matter observant that a manager’s control had “humiliated him in front of everyone”.
