An Australian filmmaker indicted of espionage in Cambodia has been denied bail by a country’s Supreme Court.


The justice ruled on Tuesday investigations into James Ricketson’s activities should continue in a reduce court.


Ricketson was arrested in Jun final year after drifting a worker over a domestic rally.


The 68-year-old was charged with “collecting information unjust to inhabitant security” and faces 5 to 10 years’ jail if convicted.
