The Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission did not express confidence on Thursday in Victoria Police’s ability to do its own investigation, and reserved the right to be involved in future.


IBAC commissioner Robert Redlich, QC, said it was concerning that no police officers reported the practice.
