NSW magistrate accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy

A sitting NSW justice has been indicted of intimately assaulting a teenage child over a two-year duration in a early 1980s.


NSW Police lay Graeme Curran knew a teen he assaulted between 1981 and 1983.


The magistrate, 67, met detectives during Burwood Police Station before midday on Tuesday where he was expelled with a justice assemblage notice for 9 depends of faulty attack on a male.


Curran was expelled on bail and is scheduled to face Downing Centre Local Court on Nov 22.







The Chief Magistrate’s Office pronounced it had dangling Curran from his position though would not criticism on either a justice was still being paid.


The charges are a outcome of work by Strikeforce Stantke, determined in 2014 to examine reports a child had been intimately assaulted in a early 1980s.
